Erasmus+ KA171 grants for students and staff incoming to WPUT
Rates below apply to the project KA171_2024 (1 August 2024 - 31 July 2026)
Students incoming for study period: 800 euro / month + standard travel allowance (depending on the country - see below)
Staff members incoming for teaching or training periods (min. 5-day stay): 148 euro / day (possibility to include 2 additional travel days) + standard travel allowance (depending on the country - see below)
The grant is paid by WPUT (first day of mobility) on the basis of an individual financial agreement signed between a student / staff member and WPUT before the arrival.
Standard travel allowance is calculated as a fixed rate on the basis of EU distance calculator (seat of the partner university as a starting point):
309 euro: 500 - 1999 km (Kosovo, Ukraina)
395 euro: 2000 - 2999 km (Algeria, Georgia)
1188 euro: 4000 - 7999 km (Uzbekistan)
1735 euro: over 8000 km (Viet Nam)
